Tuna Tartar

The Ingredients: 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 30gr capers, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, 1 avocado, 100gr tuna, 60gr canned cucumbers, some lemon juice and 1/2 onion medium.

The Prep: Cut the tuna into small pieces while frozen, add a dew drops of soy sauce, rice vinegar and lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients with a spoon. Ready to serve!
