The Ingredientes: 500gr fresh clams, chopped parsley, 1 clove garlic, 1/4 glass white wine, 200gr spaghetti, salt to taste, extra virgin olive oil, 1 small bit of red chilli finely chopped.
The Prep: Put a pan of water on to boil for the spaghetti. Rinse the clams in several changes of cold water. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large frying pan, add the garlic and chilli, then fry gently for 3-4 minutes. Add the clams and the wine, a good pinch of salt and bring to the boil. Cover the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes, until the clams are open. Drain the pasta, then add it into the pan with the clams. Add the finely chopped parsley and toss together. Ready to serve!
