Shrimp Deviled Eggs

Ingredients: 3 eggs, 200g small shrimp, ½ plain Greek yogurt, 1 spring onion, 1 tomato, 1 teaspoon of mustard, 50g assorted lettuces, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper to taste.

Preparation:

01.Cook the eggs in salted water for 10 minutes. Separately cook the prawns for 5 minutes.

02.Chop the chives and tomato into cubes. Clean the prawns and cut them in half and chop them into pieces.

03.Mix the mustard with the yogurt, salt, pepper, a few drops of lemon juice and a little oil. Add the chopped shrimp, chives and tomato.

04.Split the eggs in half, remove the yolks and add to the previous preparation. Fill the eggs with this mixture.

05.Align the lettuce with salt, oil and lemon.

06.Serve the lettuce on a plate with the deviled eggs on top.
