Ingredients: 2 large potatoes, 2 carrots, 1 egg, 200g of fresh peas, 2 small cucumber pickles, 10 olives, chives, salt and pepper to taste. For the mayonnaise 1 egg, 200 ml of oil, half a glass of milk and a pinch of salt.
Preparation:
01.Cook the carrots, potatoes and peas. At the end, cook the egg.
02.When the vegetables are cooked, let them cool and cut into small cubes. Cut the egg into four pieces and save to decorate last.
03.Put the oil and a raw egg and a pinch of salt. Add the milk. With the magic wand beat from bottom to top.
04.In a bowl mix the ingredients and add the mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.
05.Put a transparent film on the bowl and reserve in the refrigerator.
06.After removing from the refrigerator, wait a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chives and egg.
