Ingredients: 12 sausages, ½ cabbage, 1 small onion, 25g bacon, 30ml olive oil, 50ml water, 30ml white wine.
Preparation:
01.Wrap the sausages in the cabbage holding them with a toothpick.
02.Sauté with oil, onion and bacon in a frying pan.
03.Put the sausage rolls in the pan, add the wine and cook.
04.Add water and cook over low heat for 25 minutes.
05.Serve with white rice.
