Ingredients: 1kg pork loin, 1 tablespoon red pepper paste, 1 clove garlic, 1dl white wine, ½ cup water, salt and extra virgin olive oil.
Preparation:
01.Season the meat with all the ingredients about 2 hours before you start cooking. Store in the fridge and marinate.
02.Preheat the oven to 130ºC. Place the meat on a tray and cook for about 60 minutes, turning the meat around and watering with the sauce.
03.Raise the oven temperature to 150ºC and cook for an additional 45 minutes turning the meat and watering with the sauce.
04.Remove the meat from the oven and allow to cool before cutting into thin slices.
