Ingredients: 1 sheet of puff pastry, 100g of strawberries, 1 apple, 1 banana, 1 egg, 50g of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, juice of ½ lemon and water.
Preparation:
01.Preheat the oven to 220º. Cut the puff pastry into strips, pierce with the fork and pass the beaten egg on top.
02.Bake the puff pastry at 200ºC for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
03.Cut the fruit into slices and pour the lemon juice over it.
04.Put the sugar in a pan and add a little water and the cinnamon until obtaining a syrup and let it cool.
05.Distribute the fruit with the puff pastry and brush with the syrup.
