Ingredients: 1Kg of fresh peas, 4 eggs, 1 tomato, 400g of tomato pulp, 10 slices of chorizo, 3 garlic, 1 onion, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation:
01.Chop the onion and garlic and cut the tomatoes into cubes.
02.Put the oil in a pan and fry the chorizo, add the onion and minced garlic.
03.When the onion is translucent, add the tomato and the pulp.
04.Bring to a boil and add the peas, season with salt and pepper.
05.Cook for 15 minutes over low heat and add the eggs until they are poached.
06.Serve with white rice.
