Pancakes Gluten-free

The ingredients: 6 tablespoons flour gluten-free, 2 teaspoons baking powder gluten-free, 2 eggs, 1/2 banana, juice 1/2 orange, pinch of salt, butter or sunflower oil and fruit, honey, maple syrup or chocolate.

The prep: Separate egg whites and beat them whipped into stiff peaks. Mix all the remaining ingredients in a food processor (or a blender) until they’re smooth. Add the mixture with the whipped egg whites with a spoon. Place a non-stick frying pan skillet and when hot, place the dough with a spoon and turn. Use some butter or sunflower oil to avoid the pancakes from sticking. You could serve with fruit, honey, syrup or chocolate.
