The ingredients: 8 eggs, 250g sugar, 1 tablespoon flour gluten free, 1 orange and 80g margarine.
The prep: Line the metal oven tray with baking paper. Grease the baking paper with margarine. Mix the sugar and the flour, add the eggs, zest an orange and add the orange juice. Add the margarine, mix all the ingredients and put it in the tray. Pre-heat the oven at 200ºC and cook for 20 minutes. Take off the oven and turn the tray into a base sprinkled with sugar. Curl the orange roll.
