Ingredients: 4 large potatoes, 400 g of minced meat, 1 chopped onion, 1 small bowl of gluten-free flour, 4 tablespoons of oil, 1 egg, 2 minced garlic, 100 g of tomato sauce, 30 ml of extra virgin olive oil, 120 ml of milk, 40 g of butter, 50 g of grated cheese, 20 g of parsley, 1 tablespoon of pepper, salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation:
01.Cook the potatoes. Mash the potatoes and add a little salt, nutmeg, milk and butter. Let it simmer and stir constantly.
02.Put the meat in a large bowl and add the onion, flour, parsley, peppers, a little salt and pepper.
03.Mix everything very well and make some balls. Place on a tray and flatten with a glass to make it flat.
04.Mix the tomato sauce, olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl. Stir well and place on the tray next to the meat.
05.Put the mashed potato on top of the meat and top with the grated cheese.
06.Bring the tray to the oven for 30 minutes. When cooked, serve with a lettuce salad.
