Ingredients: 500g minced beef, 1 can tomato pulp, 50g gluten-free flour, 1 bunch of chopped parsley, 1 small onion, 10 dl white wine, 1 glass of water, chives, extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper to taste.
Preparation:
01.Put the meat with salt and pepper, the chopped parsley and the flour in a large bowl. Mix well.
02.Make meatballs and sprinkle flour on top.
03.Put a splash of oil in a pan and place the onion until golden. Add the tomatoes, wine and cook for 5 minutes.
04.Place the meatballs in the sauce and add a glass of water. Cover and cook for 15 minutes over low heat.
05.Serve with chives on top and serve with lettuce salad or mashed potatoes.
