The Ingredients: 100g rustic bread (removing the crust), 25g raw almonds, 80g cold water, toasted pine nuts, 100ml extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 clove of garlic, salt and vinegar to taste.
The Prep: In a food processor or blender grind the bread, almonds, garlic, oil, vinegar, salt and water until you get a very thin white dough. Cool in the refrigerator before serving. Serve in a bowl, decorate with toasted pine nuts and a little extra virgin olive oil.
