Guacamole

The ingredients: Avocado ripe and tender, lime 1/2, onion 1/2, ripe tomato 1/2, coriander, pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil, pepperoncino flavoured and 1 pack of tortilla chips or 1 pack of gluten-free wraps.

The prep: Remove the seed in the core of the avocado. Smash it with a fork or in a pestle and mortar and place in a bowl. Add the lime and keep smashing it until you have a consistent paste. Remove the seeds from the tomato and cut it in small chunks. Cut the onion in small bits and add the tomato and the onion to the mix. Add the salt and the 2 flavours of olive oil. Add the coriander and mix everything together and you’re ready to go. Serve with gluten-free tortilla chips or cut the wraps in small triangles and place them in a pre-heated oven at 180ºC for approximately 10 minutes. Just take a look and take them out when they start to get golden.
