Ingredients: 1 Kg beef (foreshank), 1 large onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 bay leaf, 1 beef cube, 2 dl of white wine, 0,5 dl Oporto wine, 1 tablespoon of paprika, 6 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, 3 large carrots and 400 g green beans.
Preparation:
01.Put the olive oil and chopped onion in a saucepan.
02.When the onion is transparent add the garlic and bay leaf.
03.Add the meat and seal well, turn on all sides.
04.Mix the white wine, the port wine and the rest of the ingredients, simmer until the meat is cooked.
05.Serve with green beans.
