Ingredients: 250g green beans, 3 tablespoon flour, 70g sliced parsley, 1 teaspoon yeast, 2 cloves garlic, 1 small onion, 2 tablespoon water (use the water that cooked the beans), 2 tablespoon milk, 3 eggs, some salt and white pepper.
Preparation: Boiled the beans without salt. Cut the beans with a scissor. Place in a container the flour, yeast, water, milk, onion, parsley, garlic and eggs. Add pepper and some salt.
