Greek Salad

Ingredients: 1 tomato, 1 cucumber, 1 small onion, Calamata olives, feta cheese, extra virgin olive oil, salt and oregano to taste.

Preparation: In a bowl, add the salad ingredients, cut the tomatoes and cucumber into small squares, chop the onion, add the olives and the sliced feta cheese. Season with salt, olive oil and oregano.
