Ingredients: 130g gluten-free flour, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar, 1 pinch of salt, 30g melted butter, 350ml milk, a little butter and a little Nutella.
Preparation:
01.Mix the flour with the eggs, the vanilla sugar, the salt, the butter and the milk until you get a fine dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
02.Heat a 24 cm diameter non-stick frying pan (or crepe maker) and spread with a little butter.
03.Add half a ladle of dough, briefly remove the pan from the heat and with a spatula spread the thin dough over the entire surface.
04.Cook the crepes over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
05.Spread Nutella while the crepes are still hot and serve them. You can serve the crepes with fruit or cream ice cream.
