Ingredients: 600g of small cuttlefish, 1 large onion, 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, a bunch of parsley and salt to taste.
Preparation:
01.Wash the cuttlefish and add salt.
02.Put the oil in a frying pan and when it is hot add the sliced onion. Stir well.
03.Put the cuttlefish and simmer for 10 minutes.
04.Remove the pan from the heat and place on a platter. Garnish with parsley on top.
05.Serve with boiled potatoes and lettuce salad.
