The ingredients: Fish – 500g golden bream or sea bass, parsley, extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 lemon zest and salt.
Beans salad – white beans can 250g, black dry olives (Aragón or Calamata), parsley, extra virgin olive oil, garlic clove and salt.
The prep: Fish – pre-heat the oven at 180ºC. Spray the fish with olive oil and chopped parsley. Use the zest of half a lemon and spread it over the fish, season with salt. Bake in the oven for 12 minutes.
Beans salad – previously smash on garlic clove and put it in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of olive oil to marinate for 10-15 minutes. Mix the olives and the beans. Remove the garlic clove and add the olive oil to the mix. Season the salad with chopped parsley and a pinch of salt.
