Chocolate Mousse Gluten-Free

The Ingredients: 6 eggs (free range), 6 table spoon of white sugar, 1 bar of dark gluten-free chocolate (200g) and butter 1 table spoon.

The Prep: Separate the egg yolks from the whites and place them in 2 bowls. Start by melting the chocolate bar with the butter in bain-marie until you have a smooth cream. Whip the egg whites until you have them perfectly solid. Mix the yolks with the sugar and add the melted chocolate slowly. Finally, add the whipped egg whites slowly and use a spoon to be able to incorporate the whites to the mix without smashing them. After 3-4 hours at the fridge serve with red fruits.
