Chocolate Brownie Gluten-free

The Ingredients: 200g melted dark chocolate, 250g melted butter, 200g sugar, pinch of salt, 6 tablespoons cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon ginger jam (optional), 4 tablespoons flour gluten-free, 4 eggs and dried fruits, raisins or dried plums (optional).

The prep: Mix all the ingredients in a food processor until you get a homogeneous dough. Wet the baking paper and put in the metal oven tray. Grease with butter and pour the mixture with a spatula. Smooth the mixture until it reaches 3cm high. Add dried fruits, raisins or dried plums (optional). Zest an orange or a mandarin. Pre-heat the oven at 200ºC and cook for 16 minutes.
