The Ingredients: 120g butter, 50g sugar, 200g dark chocolate, 150g Marie biscuit, 100g pistachio and 20g Porto wine.
The Prep: To prepare the salame crush the chocolate and melt in bain-marie. In a bowl put the melted butter and sugar and mix with an electric beater. Add the Porto wine and continue mixing until creamy. Then add the melted chocolate and continue to stir until your dough is smooth. Crush the Maria biscuits in small pieces and add to the mix. Stir it with a spatula and add the whole pistachios, continue to stir all the mix with the spatula. Place the mix on baking paper , roll the dough and twist the ends. Place the salame in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Remove from the freezer and wrap in aluminum foil. Slice the salame and serve with tea or coffee.
