Carob Cake

Ingredients: 250g sugar, 125g gluten-free flour, 75g carob flour, 500ml milk, 1 teaspoon of powdered ferment, butter for greasing and flour for sprinkling.

Preparation:

01.Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and beat with the electric mixer until smooth.

02.Lubricate a mold with butter and sprinkle with flour. Put the mixture in the mold.

03.Place in the oven, previously heated to 180ºC, for 40 minutes.

04.Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
