Ingredients: 10 cabbage leaves, half an onion, 2 tablespoons of gluten-free flour, 1 tablespoon of butter, 2 portobello mushrooms, 1 slice of ham cut into pieces, 1 cup of milk, 50g of grated Parmesan cheese, 50g of cheese Mozzarella and 5 basil leaves.
Preparation:
01.Make a sauce with butter, onion, mushrooms, ham, flour and milk. Stir well until get a homogeneous sauce.
02.Put the cabbage leaves in boiling water for 1 minute.
03.In a tray, make alternate layers of the sauce and the cabbage. Bake for 30 minutes.
