The Ingredients: 1 garlic, 2 tablespoons sunflower oil, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 lemon, 3g salt, 4 free-range chicken legs, 1/2 onion, 30ml white wine and 1/2 glass water.
The Prep: Chop the garlic, add 1 tablespoon of oil and the paprika and crush with a mortar. With a brush spread the sauce on the chicken and add salt. Place a tablespoon of oil in an oven tray with the onion rings, chicken and pieces of lemon on top. Add wine and water. Place in the oven at 180o for 30 minutes. Serve with green salad or baked potato in the oven.
